Park Manager

Sargent County is accepting applications for a Seasonal Manager at Silver Lake Park. Shall work from April 1st – October 31st, weather permitting. Must possess strong communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Organized, manage a staff of up to 3-4 seasonal staff, opens and closes the Silver Lake Park and Pavilion. Responsible for staffing, rental & camper fees, mowing grass, firewood, cleanliness, customer service and ensuring the safety of guests.

Must be able to operate riding mowers, skid steer and side by side. Work up to 40 hours per week, provide coverage for the campground 7 days per week.
